Dr. Kommareddi is an innovative scientist passionate about bringing cost-effective drug discovery models to market. He has pioneered several unique approaches high throughput screening. As a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Michigan, he worked extensively on biochemical and molecular biology studies on cancer, immunology,and drug-protein interactions. He was the founder of KBP Pvt Ltd (India), a bio-tech company developing high throughput screening assays for small molecules. After his medical education, he completed his post-doctoral training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

Dr. Tokarz is a serial entrepreneur, starting with Metaglas Coatings Inc, which was formed based upon her Ph. D. research. Over the past 20 years she has played a variety of leadership roles bridging the science and business aspects, with a focus on validating the customer need and associated business model(s). She also spent the early part of her career in research and production support roles in pharmaceutical companies, Merck and Eli Lilly.  She holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

Scientific Advisor

Dr Schacht has worked for 45 years establishing biochemical and molecular mechanisms of pathologies of the auditory system, proposing mechanism-based therapeutic approaches. Dr. Schacht held high levels of NIH-funding and published more than 300 peer-reviewed articles, book chapters, and reviews. As Professor Emeritus of the University of Michigan Medical School, he serves as a scientific advisor to academic and bio-pharma companies

Scientific Advisor

Dr. Raheja is an accomplished medicinal chemist and entrepreneur. He held several scientific, managerial, and leadership positions in oncology, inflammation, immuno-oncology, epigenetics, targeted protein degradation (TPD), cardiovascular-metabolic diseases, dermatology, CNS, targeted drug delivery programs. He worked on pioneering TPD programs at Celgene, served as a Chief Scientific Officer at January Therapeutics (next generation cancer therapies) and a principal scientist at Pfizer. He completed his post-doctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania

Advisor

Dr. Bouis is the founder of Bullsview Ventures and has invested in and/or advised hundreds of startups in the Med-Tech space. She has previously designed and run biomedical accelerators and incubators including the one at University of Michigan. She’s an active participant in the global biomedical startup and investment community while still actively engaging with the Michigan venture community. She’s completed her Post-Doctoral training at the University of Michigan Medical School and an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor

He was the founder and CEO of CoreCompete (acquired by Accenture), CTO of Forecast Health (acquired by Lumeris).
